Renewing of health books for 33 survivors from Republic of Korea

For the purpose of heath check and medical treatment at medical institutions in Hiroshima, the 33 victims from Taegu, Republic of Korea (members of Republic of Korea the A-bomb Victims' Association) visited Hiroshima municipal government on August 2. They requested to renew the health book and applied for the book for the first time.

The group will stay in Hiroshima until August 11 and have their heath checked by the doctors of the city's Health Promotion Center and the Hiroshima Red Cross - A-bomb Hospital. They will also attend the memorial service to be held at the monument built by the Korean victims, which was recently relocated in the Peace Memorial Park and participate in the Peace Memorial Ceremony organized by the city of Hiroshima.
